Do u find that getting footy related news is more quicker and reliable from all sorts of sources?

Well, I'm friends with Port Adelaide's Matt Thomas on Facebook, but he isn't that active on it and doesn't put much up. But I am subscribed to Chad Wingard on there, and he is a lot more active and puts some good little statuses up that are nice to see, but I haven't seen him say anything about his footy yet or anything behind the scenes.

I hate Twitter and think it's named because most members are twits. I can't understand why any professional sportsperson would be on there.

I follow the Cats site on Facebook and even have been known to make stupid comments on there.

i also hate twitter, it reminds me of the polls and surveys forum on yahoo answers. where totally dumb questions and answers are the norm

No Twitter, Facebook or any other unsocial media except this site and an occasional blog (if that's what you call the bizzo at the bottom of some news articles ) Prefer to spend my time on this planet with real live people whenever possible, and preferably face to face. No mobile phone when I go out to get away from landlines that I answer 100 times a day !

AFL is pretty well covered by the media, provided you keep the salt shaker handy. The neutral status is great from the perspective that I don't get tunnel vision on the one hand and haven't the time to dig too deep in following 18 clubs and 800 players on the other hand.... just over-views and /or specific situations. I call it stress-free supporting !
