I deleted my last email account and need it reopened so that i can delete an old twitter account?
I would like to delete an old twitter account. To do so I need to re-open my old email account My_Art_And_Soul@yshoo.com, so that I can receive the deletion request from twitter.

You cannot re-open a deleted email account. Its been deleted. Contact Twitter support.
