Make it count means Sometimes used when there will be only one opportunity to attempt something. It may fail or succeed.
The person making the attempt is encouraged to make it a good one.

The Nike “Make It Count” Twitter campaign was launched with a bang when these ads began running on TV a week and a half ago. They promote Nike’s newest technological advancement – the Nike FuelBand that measures the body’s total movement. With the slogan, “Life is a sport. Make it count”,e combination of sports footage and pop culture throughout the advertisement is genius. The combination of sports and pop culture images resonate with all different kinds of viewers. The new FuelBand is not solely designed for one kind of activity, thus the importance of showing many different types of activity that “count”. The ad shows us that you don’t have to be a world class athlete to be active or healthy.
