how do i resize icons so i can put it as my twitter image?
i got an icon (a moving image) that i want to use as my twitter picture. it says that the file is to big. is there any websites that i can use that will let me resize the icon to the twitter dimensions?

please help!

Since it is animated, you'll have to use an animation editor:
