How do you update Intel Rapid Storage Technology?

I have Intel Rapid Storage Technology version 10.5.0.1029 installed on my laptop. SUMo recently informed me that there's an update: Version 11.6.0.1030. I downloaded this update directly from Intel's website, but I have no idea how to install it. It's a zipped folder titled "f6flpy-x64".

How do I update Intel Rapid Storage Technology?
