twitter keeps tell me to reset my password?

okay so i know i am putting in the right password i have tried all the passwords i have ever had and it keeps telling me to reset and the email account i have for twitter got deleted and i cant access it so i cant get the twitter password they are sending me.but i still have twitter logged on to my phone but i want to be able to login other places too.
but when i go to the tiwtter app and go to settings i dont see an option that says change your password on there.

Go to twitter settings on your phone and change your password there. Also change your email so this doesn't happen in the future.

I'm having the same problem too, but it won't send me a new password! AT ALL!!!! I've been at it for week!
