How much total sales % should I share with my business partner?
Ok, so I want to "hire" someone to help me with my jewelry business. It is a very small business and it's online on Etty.com. I just need someone to upload my photos of my items, list items, perhaps take some photos of the items, keep up my facebook fan page and my twitter.
However I'd like to offer this potential person a share of the sales profit instead of salary. What would be a good percentage? Keep in mind I'm in college I don't make many sales online....but I figure if someone helps me with this it could help sales increase. Or maybe someone has a better idea of how to approach this? Thanks for any suggestions, input etc!
And btw I'm completely new at this...so any "business" suggestions are very appreciated.
Thank you!
I meant Etsy.com lol oops.

offer a % based upon the value (net profit) they create for your company
