What did this mean when my crush said this on twitter?

Ok basically he and I are a long story,we have known each other and lived in the same neighborhood since we were five and are now eighteen. I have had a crush on him for thirteen years so Sunday night I went to his house to give him cookies with a note on top congratulating him on winning the football game Friday and gave him my phone number telling him to text ot call me. He wasn't home so his mother took the cookies and said she would give them to him. I don't know if he got home late or something and that's why he didn't text me. My dad said to be patient because he might be trying to figure out what to say,he night have a lot of homework,or he might be busy with football practice. He said to wait a couple of weeks. I was about to give up hope on my crush last night and made the decision that I would this morning then something told me to look at his twitter. When I did this is what I read "Right now she's where I need to be." He apparently posted it last night. I know he could be talking about anyone but I do know I'm a good Christian girl and he kind of has that attitude that he's better than everyone else but somehow whenever I look in to his eyes,which by the way I went to the football game friday night and saw him afterwards and he gave me a long hug and we pulled back just enough to look into each others eyes for a few minutes then a friend of mine walked up to us,I can see good when I look into those eyes and I know he's capable. I'm also the plain jane of the school that everyone picks on but if he didn't have good in him then he wouldn't have hugged me in front of the popular group that are his friends. What did he mean? Do you think he likes me?

It's kind of hard to tell if he likes you. talk to him more to get to know each other, how can u have known him for 13 years and not have his fone #? anyways dont be over obssesed, but talk more. ask him if he got your number
