Can you help me with an interview I have today?

I have an interview today with a hospital. They called me coz they thought my CV matches their vacancy, namely a creative writer vacancy. However, I told them my career path is in community development hence i suggest i work for them as a freelancer, they thought it was a great idea.

How do i suggest i work for them?

And, what IS a creative writer for a hospital anyways?? Marketing through newsletters, press releases and social media?
