Should i stop using twitter?

Me and my girlfriend have been going through so much shit which any normal person would break up with each other. We've been going out for 10 months but recently broke up.
But heres the thing; she told me she still loves me SO much, and wants to get back together but needs time to clear her head because i treated her so bad, and she has also jus come off mephedrone(a hard drug) so her heads all over the place.
We are doing something we have never done before. Spending one week without texting or meeting up, the only time we will speak is saying hi (we go to the same school) shall i come off twitter for the week? I think im addicted to it but im not sure f it will be good or bad if i come off it? Any answers will be very much appreciated thanks

I dunno how twitter works but i bet u can block people. If u can then just block her for this week and if u get back together then unblock her
