How do i get more views on youtube?

I started using youtube a while back like in 08 and i got demands to do my impersonations here are my videos http://www.youtube.com/my_videos?feature… people tell me to keep doing impersonations what else should i do besides that? and do you like my videos? what can i do to make them better?

Well what you can do is put a good title on your video so it can show up in the first or second page in the YouTube search engine, if you have a Facebook and/or Twitter account then post them to it. So people can see it that is outside of YouTube. Also don't forget about tags, putting good tags are very important! If you can also try to learn how to edit your videos with a video editing software.
