Does he like me or is he LEADING me on? Please read details, & help me PLEASE!?

This guy and I have had a thing for 2 months during the summer, & we got close.
When school started, he became busy due to football, his teaching lessons at church, etc.
He's really busy.

He doesn't text me or message me anymore and I don't text boys first. I never have. He's been kind of boring but then again, we really haven't had a full conversation in 3 weeks. He put a lot more effort talking to me more before school started, & he wasn't as boring of a person.

He is ALWAYS liking my posts/statuses on Facebook and Twitter. & When I posted "Like my status for an inbox " meaning, press "Like" on my status if you want to talk in a message (I was bored), He "liked" the post.

Do you think he still likes me or do you think he's just "teasing" me? I'm so confused, what should I do? Move on or what?! Help!

He likes you but he doesn't want to seem pushy. Try talking to him first and if he shows thought in his message, he likes you.
