Would you follow someone with an offensive twitter name?

If someone has offensive language in their twitter name, but the content is good, would you still do it?

I've got a twitter with some pretty good one-liners in it, but the name is @poopisscunt. The humour is definitely for adults, and the name resembles the inappropriate content.

i dont see what it has to do with the name . i would follow that person as long as he/she seems interesting .
