Twitter stalker keeps finding me?

I have been having trouble from someone on twitter, i have blocked them so they cant see my followers etc, i blocked my email and i change my name and @name frequently to something unconnected to me but this person somehow still finds me we share no mutual friends, people tell me the stalker tweets my new name each time i change it :/ how is this weirdo still finding me?
If i cant figure this out i have to deactivate my twitter, which i have had 3 years, unfair!
Does anyone have any idea how they still find me?
My twitter is private and this person is blocked, all that can be protected is protected, why am i still searchable to this person?
I change my name so i cant be searched, yer this freak has tweeted, oh i see ??? Has changed her name to &&&. :/

I'm pretty sure you can make your twitter private so you can accept or decline who follows you

protect your tweets so only the people you choose to gets to see it. go on your settings.

Sorry you have a stalker! That must be awful! Well, here is a question. When you change your name and email, is it still the same account? Meaning...You are just going into it and changing your name/email. Have you tried deleting the whole thing and making a whole new one with new info? I know you will lose your friends, but you can always write them down/screen shot and add them again or something.

I don't know how he keeps following you when you have done all of that! Perhaps you told someone about the new twitter name, email etc.. and they told the stalker? Be careful who you are being followed by! Just make sure your profile is private. Why do you not want him to search you if he isn't following you? So what if he did tweet in regards to your twitter page? As long as he can't follow you or see your page, there shouldn't be any harm done unless I'm missing something. I don't think you can keep someone from being able to search you. If you don't want him to search you, then I guess you might have to delete your twitter account and forget about twitter. That's the only way.

Must have hacked your ip or set up ip trojan on twitter or may have remotely installed a key logger on your PC.

In case of keylogger: Use a process viewer other than task manager to check for key logger as Antivirus cant find them. They are generally FUD (undiscoverable). Also they may have names like system or something unsuspicious when you view from process viewer. So check the publisher info too.

Safety from ip trojan: start using tor browser.

If these don't work maybe he knows your email ID and password or security questions

Its a long process, I know.This is all I can think of now. Maybe somebody else will come up with some shortcuts.
