Constant dreams about my ex?

So... I met this guy through my brother. He's actually real good friends with him. My brother is in the Marines and was home on leave when I started to like his friend. (His name is John) So everytime John would come over I'd hang out with him and my brother so I got to see him. Eventually we started talking on Facebook and I finally told him I liked him. We both kept this a secret from my brother. Once my brother left home we started to hang out. We ended up having sex with each other two times and he was my first. Ever since then I've been so attached and clingy (which I've never been in a relationship.) After the 2nd time, he started acting weird and would talk to me less and less but we still hung out a few times. But then it just got awkward, but we still did 'stuff' together. He didn't even tell any of his friends about our relationship, which I can understand, but it also makes me feel like I wasn't worth it to him. Later, I started seeing him talking to this girl I know on twitter saying things like "#bustedinyourmouth" "get out of my bed!" "#Isawtwat" and it started to get me really mad and upset. About a week later I asked him if he still liked me and he basically told me that we shouldn't have started talking and that it was weird for him because I'm his "buddie's sister." He completely avoided my question. I was completely heart broken and depressed after this and to express my feelings I would post all sorts of song lyrics on my twitter. Eventually I noticed that he unfollowed me and got the idea that I was mad and upset. A lot of my friends told me he used me. But now I can't stop having dreams about him and it's been two whole months since he ended our relationship with me... the last few dreams I can remember is one where I was talking to his one friend (one who he actually did tell about our relationship) and in my dream he was telling me that Brad was really mad at me (I think because of what I was tweeting) and then in my dream last night I had a dream that I saw Brad on my drive way and I went outside and he patted me on the shoulder and said "I hope you're doing well sweetie." There's been others but I can vaguely remember them. What do these dreams mean? Do you think he used me? Do you think he actually liked me?

Either ur mind is not ready to forget him as he was a part of ur life or warn u to be careful in present relationship by not repeating the mistake as having relation with ur ex x
