I'm not constipated because I just dropped some, but the mid part of my stomach hurts?

I press it downward to see if it's gas.. The pains is like I'm hungry miced wit I want to throw up or fart or go bathroom... It sort of makes it's way down to my lower stomach and feels like a cramp in a way... Idk wht it is... HELP? O,o

My fiance found out that he has a tumor in his brain the size of a golf ball, and is having it removed as I'm typing this. They will have to remove 25% of his brain along with the tumor to make sure they got as much of it as possible. The unfortunate part of all of this is that in another 5-10 years, the tumor will grow back. He will be having to do chemo and radiation to try to help slow the growth, but there is a 95% chance that it will grow back. Please, even if it's only a dollar or two, we would be ever grateful. <3
