I see phone screen more than 7 hours everyday?

I cant put it down. I am always checking anything. My eyes hurt after 10 minutes of looking.....how about you?

I don't check that much (mine's an iPod), but what you could do is hide your chargers and let your phone run dead. That way, you can give your eyes time to heal. Try to delete a facebook/twitter app, those always make you want check, and access twitter/facebook from a computer/laptop. If you text a lot, limit yourself to one text conversation per day.
