How do I change my profile picture?

I wanna change my Yahoo! profile pic by linking it to twitter but I don't know how. Please help?

Hi~Not sure if this applies to Twitter or not, but I tried for a couple days to change my profile picture on Yahoo and unfortunately was unable to do so. The answers I received explained that it was Yahoo fault and they are tackling glitches, etc. Anyway, I was able to change my profile picture on Facebook and it then applied it to Yahoo. I hope this helps you in some way!!

Go here , http://profile.yahoo.com top center put the arrow on your avatar, click change picture.
From there you can upload a image from your computer or import a picture from facebook. When finished click submit on the next page.

If you want a custom avatar go to one of these sites and make a custom avatar, save it to your computer and upload it as a picture.
