Will a EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GS run Max Payne 2, and Hitman - Blood money at about ~75-90+ FPS?
I use a Dell Inspiron 530, with 4 GBs of ram. I have yet to know of my RPM, either. . and do not know how to check. I was recommended to this video card.

As per these system requirements, your system would be compatible with the GeForce 6800 GS to play the games.
