How do I read someone's Timeline on Twitter?

I'm new to Twitter & still can't figure out when people say to go read "so & so" timeline look at that Tweet, I can't see it all I see is what that person Tweeted about. These are people I follow too.I don't see other peoples tweets on their Timeline.
Someone please inform how I do this I'd appreciate it.

Twitter has an option to view users profiles, however, in those you cannot see a user’s timeline and who is replying to them. However, a service called cTwittLike will allow you to see Twitter like someone else views it.

If you want to take the shortcut route, just load up the URL http://www.ctwittlike.net/username, to view the timeline like another user would, just replace the username with the name of the user you want to view the Twitter timeline as.
