How do social sites usually get advertised in college?
we currently made a site called adore.ly and we are hoping to attract attention from colleges. we have FB like buttons and such, but are there better ways to spread faster? Or does anyone have any other advertising suggestions? - thanks!

Mobile marketing. Try inMobi or AdMob for starters. You can target specific dempgraphics and the cost is far less that using something like Google AdWords. You can also make your presence known by participating in social media forums, commenting on blogs and starting a blog about your site, if you have not already done so.
