When will the Yahoo! profile picture upload feature work?
When I try to change my Yahoo! profile picture, it gives me 3 options: use Facebook, Twitter, or upload picture from my computer. I don't use Facebook or Twitter, but want to change my Yahoo! profile picture...

The same issue with me.The upload feature is temporary outta service due to technical difficulties. So you have to keep trying in different time.

Oh wait.. today it worked for me...So try today.
