how do you read the numbered messages on twitter?

Some people I follow have numbers instead of words for their twitter message. How do you decode that so you can see what they wrote?
4 5683 968 255! 4663 64448 This is one I am trying to decode. I can't seem to find any info online about how to decode this type of twitter msg.

It's the numbers on a cell phone as if you were texting. So for example, 4 5683 968 translates to I LOVE YOU . 4 = I, 5 = L, 6 = O, 8 = V, 3 = E, etc. See if you can decode the rest of the message
