Twitter account is suspended. Help.?

I realize this when I log in. I sent twitter a ticket form & all they say is the same thing. Every time. That my account isn't suspended. But in reality it is because I can't do anything. When I click on anything that's what it says. Account suspended. How long will they suspend my account? Will it be permanately deleted?

Account suspensions are not for permanent ban, if you haven't made any serious fault. You can send them a mail regarding this issue, I got my account activated after they approved my letter. You can follow the same by listing the reasons.
