I entered the wrong email address on Twitter?

Basically, I entered an email address that I no longer use and I've forgotten the password like an idiot. Twitter asked to reset my password like it normally would even now and then and it wants to send it to my email that I do not use anymore... Any assistance please? :/ All answered that relate the this topic are very appreciated. (Its a YahooMail account that I've forgotten the password to).
