why does an image that has been deleted on twitter still appear in search results?
i have deleted an image from my profile a long time ago but it can still be found on google
what can i do to permanently deleted this image from the web?

There's nothing you can do except hope it goes away. If you don't want it on the internet, don't put it on the internet.
