It's called Simsimi. It's not really a texting app but, you type something to it, and then it replies, kinda like a texting app. But it's a robot replying back instead of a real person. It's free in the App Store

This app is called SimSimi. It is free. It's not a texting app though, it's when you talk to a robot. Kind of like Siri. Hope I helped. Smile
