Why does it say forbidden when I try to follow someone on twitter?
I know a possibility might be that they have their account blocked but that's not it. Im getting a lot today. I've gotten 400 and I have 734 right now and I'm following 1,476 and it keeps saying forbidden when I try to follow someone. Why? Thanks

It always does that. Every time I try to follow someone that happens. It's either their account is on private and they have received your follow request and is taking their time to accept it, or they just blocked you.
