I am @empireofamelia and i have 505 followers, and i have twitter for 3 months, and i follow like 300 people. You need to take a celbrity, whoever you like, and make friends with alll their fan bases, adn you meet SO many people its untrue. I really love music so, i meet loads of people. Also get a nice picture of you, it helps. And follow load of people to begin with and ask them to follow back.
