I deactivated my twitter, lost 32,000 followers?

I deactivated my twitter, because i was upset that harry & liam got blocked from my account. Then after about an hour, I reactivated, because i was bored. Its been over 12 hours since i deactivated but my follower count is still zero, i can't DM anyone, or anything! Help?

Oh my god... i am not sure what happened.. it's my first time to encounter issues like that. Well anyway, the best way you can resolve that is to contact twitter support and know what is the problem....
