But after the party she followed me on Twitter and I noticed she either favourites, replys to, or retweets almost everyone of my tweets. You think that means anything?

i think it's prob her way of showing interest.. that's what i would do if i was interested in a guy i didn't know well enough to text! but it could go either way. either she just thinks you tweet really good shit or she likes you.. or both. if you like her or think you might like her you should try message or texting her and see what happens.
