How do i put a fan photo into a fan page on Facebook?

I want to add a photo from my profile to this fan page i found (its not my own fan page), ive seen other peoples photos so i know it can be done but i cant find any buttons or links that let u upload your own pictures,
How do i do it?

1) go to fan album with photos in it
2)click add photos in the top.
if there's not
go to fan page wall.click on status update box then,attach photos then, upload a photo
