Don't know what to do! best friend likes me...or he doesn't?

I'm a girl and I like a boy.So I like my best friend more than a friend. I haven't told him but I'm sure he knows. I was almost positive he liked me too. We cuddle to movies and held hands before (a few times) and you don't do that of you don't like someone right? And if he likes me why hasn't he said so. I was on his facebook (long story but I snooped) turns out he likes thiso other girl . And he was talking about kissing her? Idk I had to be quick don't judge. Because if I hadnt snooped then I would have just fallen harder for him not knowing hes got a girl on the side. He's super sweet so I'm confused because he doesn't seam the type to have two girls.. Ya know.he once said he flirts with me (in a subtle way) why would he say that if he likes some girl!! I could stay friends with him Id understand if he didn't like me. But he definitely was leading me on. So what do I do!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I was thinking option A: just be the fun friend like I was before and make him see that I'm great and "dump" the other girl(they're not dating I don't think) for me
Option B: talk less to him and lead him to date this girl since I'm not around ( also risk losing a really Good friend)
Option C: forget about loving him and be best friends cause its better to have him as a friend than not at all

I don't know if I should confront him about leading me on. It might ruin our friendship. I'm really hurt. I dint know what to do
Okay so if I'm to ask him, should I do it over Skype because I'm chicken or should I wait till the next time we hang out

Just casually talk about it. If you guys really are good friends, you could just flat out ask him who he likes. Honestly, it would be best to just talk about it. Maybe he's not positive if you're interested in him or not, and if he heard it from you, it would be the deciding factor for him between you and the other girl. At least if you talk about it, there is a chance, and if he doesn't like you, just be friends.
