There is a guy named Alfred and He threatened to hack my Minecraft, WoW, Facebook, Hotmail, Paypal, and Msn is this illegal I want to call the police... But he lives in Poland so I dont know the laws and stuff.

Um, I think that hacking into any thing "money" related is ilegal worldwide. And did you say that he just threatened you?
I think that you may be dealing with a classic internert Troll, very common. (That basicly means that they lie and make you feel frustrated with treats, or unpleasant comments.) If you are dealing with a Troll, the best thing that you can do is to ingnore the person entirely. Eventually, the Troll will get bored and leave you alone, off to troll somone else like a parasite. But whatever you do, DO NOT EVER TELL THE TROLL TO LEAVE! Trolls always have a smart remark up their sleeve to pursuade others against you. Follow my advice, and the Troll will without doubt leave.
