How do to get people to like your page on facebook?

I created a page on facebook and I want more poeple to like it but I dont know how too. Please help.

People on Facebook will like you if they find something amazing from you. So you may update your facebook page with amazing pictures, photos, videos, jokes,etc. With amazing and interesting things, people will like you.

Share you page with your friends or on other social sites, and you will get some more fans. Whatever, the first thing to get more fans is to your content.

Why don't you join Facebook groups of similar subjects and befriend people there before inviting them to check out your group?

For example, say you make a Photoshop fan-made image posting page (ie where you post your Photoshopped artwork). Why not then find a generalized Facebook computer artwork group, or just a photography group, and post your stuff there then invite people to go to your page if they like what they see?

Just be awesome, go on pages with a lot of likes. DON'T ASK FOR SHARES (this pisses them off a lot). Be active on that page, and don't worry about the likes
