Help! Can my parents see this on my iPhone!? 10 pts best answer [:?
Hi,
I just got the iPhone 5 and my parents have not yet received a bill with my new phone. I had a smartphone before, but it was a blackberry. I have a few questions about the way the phone works:
Does the data charge apply to third party applications such as twitter, facebook, instagram, snapchat, ...what about games like temple run?
Also, can my parents see which apps I have downloaded if they are not the 'credit card' holder on the app store account? For instance, if the 'data' bill is high, will the bill show, or can they easily get access to see what apps i have used and the time i've spent on them? Thanks.

By the way, I am on Verizon.

No they wont see the apps u used unless they ask the verizon worker to see all the history on the bill . Then they would be able to see it since it holds all the history of the phone on their computer

Your iPhone 5 should probably come with a data plan. Otherwise everyone would be paying for every minute they were on the internet, your phone is constantly using your internet anyways, that's what all smartphones do. As long as your not going over your data limit then your not being charged for data usage. You should probably call your company to make sure everythings alright though. also games almost never use data so your good on that. I'm not sure if they can see what apps you've downloaded but my guess would be yes.

Yeha the data charge charges for anything that uses the internet including third-party applications like Facebook and Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram (any application like YouTube that uses video uses a lot of data, whereas Facebook and Twitter use literally nothing). Temple Run doesn't use the internet except for downloading it, which uses literally nothing.

Nothing to do with credit card holders, if they have your password and have access to your Apple Account they can see what Apps you have downloaded. They can see what Apps you've downloaded, but not if you've used them and not how much time you've spent masturbating over a "Hot Babes" application.

If your data bill is high, it will only show the price unless your parents ask for a breakdown and then it will just say the websites you went on IF you used "Browser" or "Internet", and then it will show how much data was used on each website but it won't say how long you spent on each one, and it won't show what you did on each site.
