How weird was this to do?

I REALLY like my neighbor. I've known him for a year and a half now, I'm pretty sure he knows, if not, he's pretty unobservant haha. Well we both like this same sports team, Kentucky and so we are always talking about them. Well recently, I put a status on there because Kentucky basketball has a big game coming up and so I posted a facebook status on it and then I tagged him in it? They play an old favorite team of mine. I said that I was wearing a Kentucky shirt everyday this week because I couldn't cheer against Kentucky even though I still kind of liked the other team. Was that wierd, considering we don't really know each other all that well? We are just friends, but not really close friends. I don't want him to think I'm a freak.

Go ahead, tag him. I think it's fine that you did that. You just have to be confident with yourself! If he thinks it's weird, laugh it off! Don't act embarrassed. You're trying to be friendly... it's okay.
And so what if it completely gives you away, like you said, he either already knows or is really unobservant. And if he's really unobservant he's not going to notice this lol.

Girl, just go for it! Honestly.. don't be nervous. Don't really admit to mistakes (unless they were really bad!). Act like everything you do is on purpose.

Also.. guys like girls who flirt with confidence. Don't go straight up tell him you like him, but continue with what you're doing, not on obnoxious levels of course.. but just be you and do what you feel is natural. He won't think you're freak! He's only gonna think you're a freak if you're peering in his window with binoculars lol.
