How do you put those writings and drawings on pictures like on facebook profile pictures?

i was just wondering how people put those little sayings and sometimes drew hearts, peace signs, or smiley faces on their pictures like on facebook...please help!!! )

I'm thinking that you are referring to the Picnik app! Just type "Picnik" into the search box and u can get the app from there. Or you can just go on picnik.com!

Using almost any picture editor prior to uploading.
All they do is modify the original file to include the text etc then upload it.

you have to download photofiltre.
just go to photofiltre.com
click english; the photofiltre v6
then click on english again :]
now download the english version.

once you downloaded photofiltre.
go to http://www.outspoken-kate.com/visitor-content/brushes/
save the 'image pack'

now , if you want to learn
how to use the brushes just
email me. it's easy and
you learn a lot.

also you can use photobucket
for brushes; just search brushes.

but if you don't want to become
an expert at it then just ask your
friend... or use that picnic stuff
