i cant restore my ipad?

i'm stuck at an apple logo and a bar ( go to this link http://www.ipadngravy.com/wp-content/upl...getool.png ) it's like that, but the difference is, it doesn't load, the reason why i need to restore it, is becoz of yesterday, when im using my ipad, it suddenly restarted, but theres an persistent apple logo for about 20-30 mins. and it restart again and again, so i decided to restore it.. and when im restoring it earlier, i cant, becoz the bar on the ipad doesn't load...

please tell me what i need to do,
