Should I deactivate my Facebook account?
I made a Facebook account like two years ago and only get on it maybe three times every six months. I only ever use it to keep in touch with friends (plus my brother lives in France...) so should I go ahead and delete it? I feel kind of hesitant, like if I delete it today I will regret it and have to make a whole new account. I don't know if communicating with my friends is worth keeping a Facebook.if you think I should delete it, I would appreciate if you told me how to, but if you don't know that's okay...thanks.

You could just temporarily disable the account. That way any time you want to log back on all you have to do is sign in...

Yeah. Sounds like You don't go On It enough for Anyone to follow you. So just follow the Instructions on Facebook's Homepage, & get out- from there... Smile

I don't see the reason why you would have to deactivate it. You're using it to keep in touch with friends and your own brother. You're not going on constantly, so it's not like it's taking over your life. I would say delete it if you were one of those people who go on it every day. But ultimately, it's your choice. I just think that keeping in touch with your friends and family outweighs the negatives in this situation.

And if you do decide to deactivate, you could go to your settings and there should be a deactivate option somewhere (sorry, I can't remember exactly where to go). It shouldn't be that hard to find. And you could always reactivate if you change your mind.

If Facebook is the only way to communicate with your brother than no. If not go ahead and delete it. You can always just disactiveate it (By going to account settings) because if you regret it you can always go back.
