How can I add a Facebook Like Button to individual posts on Tumblr?
Ive tried to add an embedded Facebook Like Button on my Tumblr for each individual post but instead it has created a Facebook Page like button that is linked to my Facebook Page not the post itself.

Is there a way I can make it work for the posts themselves?
