no matter what we do we can't get on it...any advice?
thanks Jay...yeah thats what I thought too but it wont let me use her email..does that mean I have to create a new email account too?

Sounds like she's been Hacked. Time to create a new account.

However, you can probably write to Facebook directly and they should tell you what you need to do in order for you to retrieve the password. She will have to be able to prove she is who she says she is. otherwise. Create a new account.. <-- best way to go.
