How do I block someone from my facebook fan page?

I recently have had a stalker and I just got this job for a wonderful lady who has a business fan page well she has found out who i am working for and is slandering my name all over her fan page but when we blocked this person we can not see the post but other people can. So we have unblocked this person so we are able to see when this person does post something, Is there anyway we can stop them from posting all this garbage on her fan page for good, we have tried everything and can not fix the problem and suggestions?

1) While logged in as admin, visit your fan page and click "See All" next to your list of fans. In the resulting pop up box, locate the name of the person you wish to block. You might have to click "Next" at the bottom of the box several times. Using Ctrl+F to search for the fan's name can help you locate her more quickly.

3) Once you find the person's name, click the "X" to the right of her name. The resulting pop-up box will read: "You are attempting to remove First Last from this Page. Are you sure you want to remove First Last?"

4) Check "Ban permanently" in the lower left corner of the box.

5) Then click "Remove" and the person will no longer have any access to the fan page.

in settings when u select see all,u can block there anyone.
