How is the best way to make friends or have a social circle?

Okay I'm not in school so let's rule that out lol.. I've always have had a hard time making friends I think being Introverted as I am may have something to do with it.

Basically I've always been a loner most of my life it sucks but that's the way it goes. I would like to change it but I have no clue how I guess it's never to late.

Please don't say Social Networking such as Facebook lol.. I need to get out of the house.

Go out to bars drink and get to know people. Alcohol makes you a lot more social. Maybe take some MDMA and go to a club.

sometimes u gotta take a risk and talk to them. it can go either way (good or bad). but when maing conversation , Ask them about themselves, I bet they will talk about themselves for long time

Being introverted isn't bad. It just means the activities you prefer tend to not require more people. For example, like playing computer games or Xbox. But you can go online and find groups of people who are all interested in those games. You can use your similarities to get closer to people and find more similarities to get even closer and so forth.
