so i had a my daughter 7 and half months ago, before i had her i was 120 toned with muscels now im all flabby im back to my normal weight but my stomach is all flabby will it be harder to get abs after birth and get toned ? i been working out for a month now ,here some pics for ur guys thoughts http://twitter.yfrog.com/user/catlover12345/photos

hit lots of stomach exercise like crunches and sit up deep knee bends and tree trunk twist and alo toe twist touche from opsite toe to oppistie toe

You have to do cardio 5 times per week. Eat healthy, no sugary drinks, no salt, no bread and lots of veggies and protein. when doing stomach exercises use 5 pounds weights or 10 pound weights so you can do 12 reps instead of 100 reps. Faster to build abs muscles.

It's good that you're working out. That will get your muscles back into shape and burn some of the fat, but the most important aspect of getting your abs to show is your diet. You'll have to cut out as much sugar as you can (that's a drag) so that you can minimize the chances of your body trying to store excess calories as fat. This way you don't just put back on what you're burning.
Also understand that you don't have to focus solely on ab exercises. When you work out you burn fat from all over, regardless of what exercise you're doing. So spread it around. |
