How can I obtain pictures of a celebrity legally for a Facebook fan page?

Want to create an appreciation page for a well known but dead celebrity. How could I gain access to images to put onto the Facebook fan page legally as I dont want to do anything that I am not supposed to by way of copyright etc thanks for any replies :-)

If someone claims for copyright ,then ask them the procedure
go ahead and make that page

find the photo you want and then ask permission from where you found it if you may use it. Often permission will be granted as long as you give credit to the owner.
