What is the best way to obtain twitter followers for my business?

This is what i do, however, i only have 155 followers:

My website is linked to my twitter
I post twice a day
I use tweetstork

Any other suggestions?
I occasionally use hashtags - I will start using them more.

Also, do you vary the times of your tweets? Thats a good idea.

There are websites where you can get Twitter followers like socialscube.com and twiends.com. One way to get followers was to start following a lot of people, organizations and companies that have a similar focus as your Twitter page. Many will follow back. There are also websites that list Twitter accounts that will always follow back, but they might not be in the same field as your page.
Write great content on your Twitter page. Use hashtags to emphasize keywords. Post multiple times a day at different times of day. Retweet (always make sure you look at any links before you retweet them) things you like. Search for great quotes about your topic and post them. Make people want to look at your Twitter page.
Promote your Twitter page, Facebook page, website and blog on bookmarking sites to funnel people to your page.

you could use facebook, instagram and many others. also if you hashtag random things on pictures more people will see and if you comment spam on thing
