Razr Maxx or Razr Maxx HD?

I am thinking of upgrading to one of the new Droid RAZR models, but am unsure of which to get. I know the Maxx HD runs on Android 4.1, and has about a 32 hour battery life, and that the Maxx has about a 21 hour battery life, and runs on Android 4.0. But I only want a phone that can keep up with what I usually do on my phone. I text a lot, I web browse a lot, I do a lot of social networking, (Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter) I use Youtube, and ebay mobile. Which phone is enough (or more) to keep up with my daily smartphone activites?

The other difference between these two phones is that the HD has a slightly sharper and slightly bigger screen. Either one will do exactly what you want; I would go for whichever is cheaper (at least at the Verizon store near me, they only have the "HD" models now, the non-HD ones are gone because they're older).
