okay so i met this girl that was one of the candidates i was interviewing against at this one company. and we hit it off pretty well and we would make eye contact (i know its not the normal one cuz we would do it over and over again and she would like down and then to the side) . but one thing she did was : she noticed i had a little bit of my water on my suit and brushed it off.... was she just being nice? i heard if girls do that its cuz they were actually looking at you? (it kind of came out of the blue) i msged her on facebook about a day ago but no response (the msg hasn't been seen yet, Facebook usually tells u if they saw it yet or not ")

I would only do that if a) I like the guy OR b) I knew the guy and he was my friend. I wouldn't do that to a complete stranger.

It sounds like she was. But, in the scenario you describe, she might have just been trying to get on your good side so you'll say good things about her. Wait until it says the message was seen and if she doesn't write back then she's not interested.

Well to be honest I dont think she was flirting with you- if she was she definitely would have msged you back but on the other hand maybe she was busy that day- I recommend waiting for like 3 to 5 days to be completely sure she ignored the msg.
Also with that suit thing she probably was just being nice but it's true most girls would just tell you or point it out.

Anyway the only way you can tell if she was flirting is to just wait for a response. It might be a busy time in her life right now so it give it a week tops.
