How do you find out someone's acctual email address from Facebook?

On Facebook it gives you like a Facebook email address like JessicaSmith66823@facebook.com but I need to know someone's email address like @hotmail.com or whatever it is how do you do that?

You must use a facebook browser and that person must be your friend . Log in to ur fb account ,select that friend's name and click profile or timeline ,the contacts email and phone numbers are just below
